BOOKING THE FIRST NIGHT'S ACCOMMODATION
A few days to go until I fly out to Bangkok, but I still haven’t booked anywhere to stay.
Another opportunity for a dice roll methinks!
I researched a number of hostels based in various areas of the city and narrowed it down to 6 potential options to pick from – 5 good quality hostels and one which I certainly wouldn’t recommend; certainly not for my first night travelling alone!
Here’s how things worked out:
The next post will no doubt be from Thailand, but in the meantime, if you have any thoughts on things I should try and get involved in while I’m out there, or anything I could put to the dice, then please sound off in the comments below!

3-4 – Bertie standard cargo shorts.
5-6 – speedos!
